Burst pipe Vevay - no water around Novara Terrace

Just heard it from the in-laws. Apparently there's a burst pipe somehwere on the Vevay and Novara Terrace and surrounding areas are without water? There's no information on the Bray Town Council website but it was suggested that if they couldn't fix the pipe today the whole Bray water supply would be cut off for some time?…
