right, im 19 and have been working in a pub/nightclub since i was 17, this girl started workin there last years shes 27, she beautiful, we always got on as friends but lately we've been texting and on IM alot, i think im falling for her, we wer out tonite and she drunkenly told me she was falling for me i told her i was the same we kissed and she said it probly work out as we have to work together but that she really liked me,can a realtionship work as co-workers?anybody been in this situation?our boss doesnt approve of co-workers with each other and to make matters worse she and him went out for a long time.. she also said that she wasnt worth losing my job over but i really think she is..

Go for it.Ye clearly like each other,so why would you let a job get in front of it?
Maybe not broadcast it around work,but definately start something between the 2 of you.
