Hey, I just sent in my ef 85mm f1.8 to be repaired and right now all I have is f2.8 wide angles and some f2 manual lenses.

would anyone be willing to loan me a short telephoto f1.8/f2 or perhaps canon/sigma 50mm f1.4 in exchange for an ef20-35mm f2.8L ?

f1.2L would be nice but I cant see that happening!

I will need it for prob 10days

edit* the lens has dust in it (and its 7months old), which none of my other lenses has, so its not a repair for bad treatment!

**I need the lens up untill monday sept 1st as I should be getting my 85 back around then

just to let you know, all lenses have or will have dust in them and it makes no measurable difference to the picture taking qualities of the lens

yes I know that, I should have mentioned it has ALOT of dust inside. Its still under warranty, I dont want it to get any worse, Its prob a defect in this copy.
