    ...and I have a few questions
    At the moment I cant see BBC, Sky news, Discovery. Will these channels just appear over time, as I have only had it installed it today.
    Secondly, I subsciribed to ESPN and can see it in one room but not in the other. The message I get from the second box, where I cant see it is that my card isnt in, but I have it in.
    And thirdly, I thought I would get a nicer box instead of this[IMG]file:///C:/Users/andrew/AppData/Local/Temp/moz-screenshot.jpg[/IMG]dvr_lightgrey.jpg

    I have that box. I'd say just call them asap.

    All the channels have come up now except for espn in the second room, should I have got a newer box?

    With chorus you are simply in essence renting the box for the period of time in which you are subscribing to their service and they decide which box is suited to your subscription and also certain boxes only work is certain areas.

    UPC has inheriated many different systems and they have upgraded their service tremendously and continue to push the boundries in my opinion..

    I used to install for them and the box u show in my opinion is one of their best unless you require there pvr there may not be any other box available to receive their service in your area...and I think that box is quite neat and discreet.
