Hi, I was running today and strained my achilles tendon under my calf muscle, too sore to run and i'm limping at the moment. Anyone have any advice I'm ment to be running a 10k in october ??

Best thing to do is get the injury assessed asap, then you'll know if you can run in October. I always suggest asking family and friends for a referral, best way to find someone good.

I'm sorry but site rules say that we can't allow any medical advice.
