Long Slow Runs

    Hi;

    When i do my long runs i do it at 9 min per mile did 19 miles this week.

    In the 10 mile race in the park i did it in 1:19 comfortable.

    How do you figure your pace to run at the marathon?

    Start using McMillan

    If you follow a decent training plan, and use pacing from that calculator, you should be sorted.
