is the power supply right, with the right polarity etc? all lights on may suggest a psu problem...

where did you buy it?

I bought it from Thomann, its a 2 pin plug and ac/ac adaptor in one. PRI 230v - 50hz, SEC: 9V - 500mA. Had been working fine up to now.

If it's 2 months old it's still under guarantee (provided it or power supply hasn't been opened.)
