    Following the success of their collaboration at last years Red Line Roots Festival, The North Strand Kontra Band and Prison Love are set to come together again on August 29th in The Sugar Club, for a co-headlining showdown of East versus West. Blending the high energy, hypnotic sounds of the Balkans with everything from funk to drum and bass, The North Strand Kontra Band have brought fresh excitement to the live music scene over the past 4 years. Equally, the fast paced, dynamic, old time American bluegrass sounds of Prison Love have been thrilling audiences across the globe for nearly 10 years. On the night, each band will play individual sets before both groups join together on stage for the grand finale performance combining the two unique styles of music. Tickets are available on the door, priced at €10. Arrive early to avoid disappointment.
