    This is usually sent out in mid september, in the meantime information is available here http://www.dcu.ie/students/orientation/orientation_schedule.pdf

    Also, when do we need to pay the registration fee? Does it have to be in before we start or what?

    reg is online from the 9th to the 18th(i think) so presumeably you pay at the same time
