Pub with foreign beers in Waterford City?

I'll be in Waterford next weekend. Not too familiar with the place and am wondering if there are any pubs which seerve a decent selection of foreign beers - along the line sof the Porterhouse in Dublin or the Bierhaus in Cork.

The glass and wooden frame is half the craic

They take your shoe and hang it over the bar as a deposit so you bring back the frame and the glass
