    There is a moratorium on public service jobs. Any exemptions require approval from the Dept of Finance.

    I also heard 2011.


    It was mentioned that there was something like if a member left the force, they could be replaced.

    Not too sure on how definate that is though.

    I have heard that S. Bde RDF will accept approx 20 recruits this year. Which is a bit crap, that's about one per sub-unit.
