TDs Meeting in Sep on Poker Rules - Feedback Required

It is proposed that the TDs meet in September with the aim of giving a definitive outline to all tournament organsiers on how tournament rules should be implemented in Ireland. Of course different organisers can choose to endorse these rules or not but it is the interest of us all to get some uniformity and general outlines for the game in Eire.

Carfax has requested your feedback before the meeting in September under a thread for this in the main Poker section under the title
IPTDA Meeting - Irish Poker Tournament Directors Association

Only post your feedback to the appropriate thread under
IPTDA Meeting - Irish Poker Tournament Directors Association

PLEASE DO NOT POST TO THIS THREAD -
FEEDBACK REQUIRED ON THE OTHER THREAD
I am hoping MODs will allow this thread for a few days to highlight the other thread

The meeting or this thread? :pac:

    Hi Pat,

Cheers for putting this up but I think it is a bit of overkill as we have the thread up in the main forum (after KevIrl's suggestion) and also in the rulings forum.

We actually want to keep this meeting as small as possible (in terms of organisers we already have had responses from a good number), but we do want as much feedback as possible from players here on Boards before the meeting takes place.

    Cheers,
    Stephen.

Sure you might as well put a thread in After Hours as well as it is the busiest forum on boards.

I was suprised at the lack of feedback on the other thread and this was the reason for creating this thread. IMHO most people who play live poker probably read this forum more than the others.

Having said that - I did not realise that the correct thread for this was on the Rulings forum and therefore appreciate that having it up on a third forum is overkill to say the least.

My final comment (on this thread) is to thank the MODs for leaving this thread up.
