Voice out of sync on Comedy Central+1 - UPC

Hi I tried to watch 2.5 men last night on Comedy Central and was unable to because the voice delay was so bad. Anyone else have this problem?

Noticed that myself yesterday evening. Not sure if it was CCs problem or upc's. I didn't wait around to see if the ads were out of sync. Seemed ok later on.
