    Hi all,

I'm a fairly average swimmer, I get to the pool around 3 times a week and until now it's been all front-crawl. I usually do around 1500m in a set made up of 50s, 100s and 200s

In the last few months I've had some problems with my lower back, probably caused by poor posture at work, sitting at a computer all day. I was advised to start doing the backstroke. I've got a pretty good idea of how to swim that stroke but I'd like to get some one-on-one tuition from a good instructor so I don't injure myself further.

I'm a member in Source Fitness, and i've heard there's a good instructor there, does anyone know if she does one-on-one?

    Thanks
