    Very true. I always thought that exercise and excessive exercise could be
    addictive, like many other things and when you miss a day or two, it
    can play on your mind and affect you.

    the problem with those type of crap stories is they don't define anything in them. Excessive is meaningless when just thrown about, thats the kind of story that has people
    thinking that a 40 min run a day is like being on drugs as it sounds a lot to them. Not realising that they are barely getting their daily exercise needs.

    Who would have though that someting that makes you feel good and keeps you healthy could be adictive.... What about Football , need to get people to cut back on sky sports I think they maybe playing and watching too much football too..
