So, while we're talking about the Japanese torture movie Grotesque being refused classification here, I've really no interest in seeing that film. However, director Kôji Shiraishi previously director a very different kind of horror film that's been making some big waves: Noroi.

It's a supernatural horror film, faux-documentary style:

Sadly, there doesn't seem to be any DVD release for it yet, despite it being made in 2005.

I got my copy of it here.

It should play in a R2 machine and is well worth picking up.
