    Transport to and from the venue (20 Minutes from Kilkenny), will be available.

    Outlands will take place on Saturday 22nd August 2009 in Mackey’s, Gathabawn, North County Kilkenny. Entertainment kicks off at 2PM. Busses to the venue leave hourly from The Scouts Den on the Bennetsbridge Road from 1PM, and will be running to and from Kilkenny all night. Tickets are €10 (plus €1 booking fee if bought from an agent) and can be bought from Rollercoaster on Kierans Street, Kilkenny.

    There may also be tickets available on the door, but our venue capacity is limited and we cannot guarantee availability.

    A sincere thanks to the hundreds of people who supported our efforts. It could have been amazing.

    Sincerest thanks of all to Suburban sounds lads who came down at their own expense to be involed, only to find out at the last minute that our great festival had turned into a crappy pub do, just so we could BBQ the couple of hundred quids worth of food we bought and get rid of it. Sorry lads.

    ****ing ridiculous! This health & safety culture is so hypocritical its unreal, I've been to venues and even conferences so packed there there'd be no hope of escape if a fire broke out, yet Fire Inspectors never inspected nor did the venues Fire Officer utter a word during the night.
