    There's no professional promoters behind this one and it probably wont get a mention in the media until next Sunday night.

    Nevertheless, @250,000 people are once again expected this year at the 59th Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann, which is on for the last time in Tullamore. This makes it easily the biggest festival in Ireland this year, as it was last year, and the year before ....

    It began last Sunday 16 August and finishes next Sunday, 23 August. There are over 11,000 musicians playing at it so if you're looking for a lot of music, song and late night seisiúin, take yourself and your tent off to Tullamore:
