Zen Mozaic music player (Video help)

    I bought a Zen Mozaic music player the other day and it has a video section on it with some avi files (just zen promo videos) but when I try to drag and drop an avi file onto the player it wont play, do I have to convert the .avi file to some other type of file for it to play on the music player? Any help would be great. Thanks.

    It supports the avi container, but in a very non-standard way (it only supports M-JPEG video streams, and 160x128 resolutions).

    Meaning you have to convert each video to the exact format that is supported by the player.

    Creative have a tool for download probably.

    I have the same problem, its just a nuisance so i ignore it.
