Favourite Solos/Intstrumental Breakdowns

    I was just listening to this song and was struck by how much I love the solo. It's a somewhat angry song but from about 1:40 there's a surprisingly soft instrumental topped off with an achingly beautiful solo before launching back into the vitriol of the chorus.

    I'm not much of a fan of "virtuoso", rapid, technically difficult guitar solos, but to be honest I can't say I've heard all that many. What solos or instrumentals really do it for you?
