Par 3 courses in South leinster

Want to try some different par 3 courses, but only played a few that are in Co. Carlow. Any good par 3 courses in Kildare, Wexford or Wicklow within decent driving distance of Carlow. Thanks. Also, maybe im dreaming, but i remember a par 3 course in Enniscorthy, is this true???

The Bunker par 3 course near Gorey, North Wexford (near Courtown) is pretty decent.

Pretty straightforward course but its well maintained and has a few long holes which is nice for a par 3 course.


Not really worth a huge trip but if your near the area might be worth a visit.

Carrigleade, outside Graiguenamanagh. Fantastic Par 3 with some long Par 4's. Some great holes and the place is kept extremely well. All for a measly €10 during the week. I would highly recommend it.

Its 9 hole and 10 squid.

I think the Par 3's in Bournemount (Enniscorthy) and at Rathaspeck (Wexford) are gone !!

/Ahem, I played my 1st ever golf shot at Bournemount, it was a five iron, there were a number of people queing at the 1st, so I decided (from 50 yards) to test out my 2nd hand 5 iron, the ball whissed over the peoples heads !!! :eek:..........and I haven't looked back since!

actually played this at the weekend. Fantastic course, and at €7 for a round is fantastic value

Rathaspeck outside wexford still going as of 1.5 months ago when I played it. 18 holes, about half of them are very good, with the other half being standard pitch and putt type 80-100 yarders. 12 yoyo on weekends.

Pococke par 3 on the kilkenny ring road is v.well maintained,play it regularly,4 nice par 4s to test out the driver! Worth the 15 quid!

There's one in Gowran - looks basic

thers a nice par 3 course in blackwater (wexford) only E10 aswell
carriglade just outside graignamanagh is also a nice course

That's a pitch and putt course in Gowran... on the site of the old cricket club.
