    I need these 2 items to make bread. Been to 2 wel known supermarkets today & couldnt find them in either.. Where on earth do I get them?

    Any health food shop should be able to point you out or even the heath food section in some supermarkets.

    My tesco has them next to the porridge oats, which is not with the breakfast cereals. Think I saw them in dunnes along with oats too.

    Superquinn do both near the breakfast cereals.
