Grant problem!!

In 2006/2007 i started a level 7 course, i done the whole year but didn't finish the exams.. Would this affect me applying for a grant this year? And also would i have to pay fees?.. It's a different course i've been offered this year but in the same I.T.

Afaik, you would have to pay fees for the first year and would not be entitled to the grant either. You would be able to apply next year however.
