My Daughter is getting married thsi Saturday. We would like to put irish on one of the cakes. We would like it to say:

Breanna and Luc (Breanna agus Luke), I know a bit.

God bless your union, or if someone has a traditional Irish wedding blessing.

    22 August 2009

    Thanks for the help.

    Breanna agus Luc,

    Go mbeannaí Dia bhur gcomhcheangal.

    22ú Lúnasa

That should be ok, but I'm open for corrections.

Actually if you're addressing the couple, it should be "A Bhreanna agus a Lúcáis, go mbeannaí Dia bhur gcomhcheangal"
