Windows Mail Problem

    I have just set up my work email through windows mail and for some reason none of the emails I am sending are appearing in the sent items folder. Initially I couldn't send the emails as I was being asked for a digital ID. I just got that and configured it (I think). Now my emails are sending but no copy is being saved. I have ticked the save copy to sent items folder. Any suggestions?

    Are they actually being sent immediately? Did you click the sync button?

    Hi Kenon,
    Yes they send fairly quickly. I sent a tester email to a gmail account and that sent almost instantly.

    If you right click the sent items folder and go to properties and then synchronise, have you got it set to synchronise all messages?

    I have just spotted where I have gone wrong. The synchronising has sorted it actually. When I imported all my emails today it brought with it all my folders and this has resulted in me having 2 sent items folders. Now I see them. Thanks Kenon
