    Hi,
Myself & my husband have been to Crete many times but never stayed in the Mika Villas, just wondering has anyone stayed there this summer & how was it?

I have read all the reviews on the internet, good & bad about the place but just wanted to see what it's like now as we are planning on going back to Crete in 2 weeks & there isn't alot of choice apart from the Mika Villas.

    Many thanks

    September may be different BUT,

Unless you like to be around 18 year olds who just want to be drunk rowdy and have alot of sex id avoid it.

Its about a mile from hersonnosis on the top of a hill, the beach is even further.

I went for my 6th year holiday ages ago. Great place for that type of thing. If your looking for a proper "adult" holiday forget about it.

Also the security enjoy beating ya if your arrive into the hotel too late.

oh ye the owner is a prick and will try to screw you out of the damage deposit too.

Its the kinda place that only exists to cater for drunk teenage holidays.

Then again if your in your early twenties and just want to go mental...no better place IMO.

Was there 2 weeks and didnt see a policeman.

thanks for the posts, I have been to Crete 6 times already, stayed in the Frida 2 times & Villa Espredes & Papadakas once each, but never in the Mika Villas, I love the area, nice and quiet etc just thought the Mika Villas may have changed since the other posts were posted.
