CAN U ADD CHANNELS ON UPC/NTL DIGI BOX LIKE SKY?

    just wondering can you add channels on upc/ntl like sky? on sky you can search for new channels or add a frequency etc etc.

    No. You only have what UPC provide on the EPG.

    Sky uses Satellite, which has many satellites and Channels not controlled by Sky, it's an open system, like a LW/MW/SW/VHF Radio.

    Cable is a closed system where the content is entirely decided by your Cable Provider. Unlike Radio, TV Aerial or a Satellite Dish, you can't even connect at all without a subscription.

    Any attempt to get channels from a package you didn't pay for is a criminal offence in Ireland, Theft of Service.
