My spotty legs. Anyone recognise the problem?

Ive had these spotty/blotchy legs for probably 20 years now. Increasingly I am noticing something similar on my arms (more pronounced when hot).

Does anybody recognise it as a treatable condition?

A doctor once noticed my arms on a hot day and put me on an antihistamine to see what happened, but they had no effect.

I have never noticed any pattern to the appearance (as in I dont think it is a food allergy). Its just constant.

I don't know but ask in a chemist and try over the counter stuff. You could also as a beautician. If all this fails ask a doctor again and if he can't help get referred to a specialist if it really bothers you. No harm to keep record of things you try.

We can't offer you medical advice or diagnose a medical problem on here. I suggest that you visit your doctor again to get the problem diagnosed properly. Thank you.
