Post what you eat, with amounts, on a typical day, and we'll see what we can suggest.

right, "snacks in between" DO count as food! you need to post up everything that passes your lips during a typical day, otherwise how can anyone offer advice?
p.s - judging by the typical day you posted above you have NOT taken timeto read the stickies?

Very important, if you are not weighing your food then there is no way of telling if you are eating too much/little

I too have weight to loose, approx one stone, I seem to start every day but by the evening I have broken it. I have been to weightwatchers over the years and know the system but cant get back to it no matter what I do, I have spare tyre too and it is really getting to me - I want to start tomorrow but dont know what way to loose weight, I was thinking of lipotrim - I saw lipotrim maintenance products but didnt ask questions about them does anyone know about them are they different from lipotrim. Would I be better with a high protein diet-again I dont know how to go about doing this diet. Thanks for any help

With only a stone to lose, you don't qualify for lipotrim, and if your problem is snacking in the evening, then that's the problem, not the meals. Replacing some of your meals with lipotrim won't really help.

I'm not a huge fan of Weight Watchers, I think the points system is too geared to the sort of high carb food which can make it very difficult to lose weight. Some of of the best foods out there, (eggs, salmon, almonds, avocado) have way more points that they should.

Try cutting out the white carbs (sugar, bread, rice, pasta, boxed breakfast cereals) and replace with protein and veg.

A very useful tool is to open a free account at www.fitday.com and use it to log all your food. You just put in what you eat and how much, and it adds up all the calories and tells you what protein, fat, carbs, fiber etc you are eating. You may find that looking at a few days of your own food intake will tell you what to do.
