Pollutants in fish

I've been eating a lot of fish recently, and was wondering if there are any fish people are advised not to eat in too high quantities, due to the presence of pollutants?

I've read you shouldn't eat tuna more than 4 times a week, or something, because of mercury, and you shouldn't eat large herring more than twice a month because of dioxins.

I'm also aware that generally speaking the bigger and moe predatory a fish is, the more polluted it probably is.

I came across this article while googling:
    http://www.diseaseproof.com/archives/toxins-fish-pollution-risks.html

It's very negative about consuming fish in general. Not sure how credible it is.

    http://www.gotmercury.org/article.php?list=type&type=75

lists a good number of fish with levels of mercury (but not pcbs)

It's something to be aware of, but most of the studies I've seen recommend eating more fish, not less. Even pregnant women are still encouraged to eat most fish, just to cut down a bit on tuna and large fish like swordfish.

Sardines are delicious, cheap, packed with nutrients and low enough in the food chain to reduce the risk of contamination.
