Its not bad, its more entertainment in general than about wrestling. He really doesn't put in enough effort to make it look like he cares. But to his credit he does "Put over" how tough wrestling is.

Its also on sky anytime (No breaks:D) if anyone has sky plus.

I hope it's El Hijo Del Santo because his father's been dead over 20 years :pac:

I heard that it was good and didn't treat wrestling like a joke

hahah of course altho he just keeps calling him just Santo

yeah its quite good imo cos as you say he isnt making fun of it altho he might make you giggle as the lucha libre El Glorioso.

and yeah as DM-ICE says its more entertainment than wrestling cos despite showing it respect and pointing out how difficult it is he isnt exactley getting in shape and really trying to make it as a wrestler.

it annoyed me though that he didn't explain the difference between luca libre and other styles. just knew watching it that he was getting off easy in some respects compaired to what the lads in different styles have to do.

anyone else notice x pac in the show he went to just as he arrived in mexico

It was actually surprisingly good I thought.

Wonder if the luchas would get a good turn out if they came to Dublin. Seemed to be a decent crowd in London.

i enjoyed it, JLC brings enthusiasm to his shows, and he's a lifelong wrestling fan, so it was really his lack of fitness that let him down!

i thought that the transvestite wrestler was a fab trainer, v entertaining!

Wasnt the transvestite wrestler meant to have signed for TNA?

Kind of looked like a Mexican Marc Mero.

Was that the Lucha Libre show they did in London last Summer? I saw a hand held of the Main Event it was really good.

Must get a look at this show at somestage, I've seen other episodes where he did a magic show amongst other things and always enjoyed it.

yeah the show at the Roundhouse in London.

I thought this was alot of fun. Justin was top value for money in it. I don't think it's fair to say he didn't put much effort in though- the programme, at an hour long, was a little on the short side, and it felt like there was alot had to be left out. He came on alot from the early training, to suddenly being, at the veryt least, comfortable in front of an audience doing this stuff.

thats very true i can imagine a whole lot got left on the cutting room floor after this got edited down to one hour.

Saw this repeated last night. He actually did very very well considering how little training he had, to the extent where I actually didn't believe it was him under the mask until the unmasked him. Fairplay.

    Yes it was

I thought he did quite well on the show. Certainly those involved came out looking better than most of the people involved in Louis Theroux's show.

Found the show very boring. Fell asleep half way through it.
