Multiroom-Can you pick which card to activate Setanta on.

Hi folks,

Just in process of finalising multiroom.Phone connected etc. I still have Setanta (until it goes up from €5 per month that is!). In a multiroom scenario does anyone now if you can select either of your boxes to activate it on. I realise you can only have it on one box. Thanks!

Slightly OT.... But I rang Sky about ESPN yesterday and they said that the subscription would work on both of the boxes in our house for €12 a month.

It defies belief what Setanta are trying to get away with:

No multiroom
€16 a month
Rubbish product/service

Setanta are completely seperate from Sky's packages. That is why they are not part of the Sky multiroom. Setanta will only get away with it for as long as people are happy to pay for it.

I agree with all said so far - BUT anyone know if I can pick either multiroom card to have it on? i.e. I only need it on one box and it will be the box I am adding as the multiroom box? thanks.

Yes, you can, just give Setanta the viewing card number you want it activated on and thats it
