Yeah, basically it's a campaign planner. Supplementary rules for objectives that can be captured that'll boost your army etc.

Used to play the old Warhammer version, Treasure Island or summat. Start of with 1.5k, fight a guy, win his gold mine, add d3x100 points to your army for the subsequent battles etc, that kind of thing.
