    hello all
im having problems with my teeth and i need your advice, today i got hit by the tail door of my own lorry ,and have to have a scan to see if my head is ok ,hopefully on monday, but if i black out again im back into hospital,
getting back to my teeth, one has been chiped today with the bang, and i have been getting very intence pains in a few more for the past few weeks, both top and bottom in at the back of my mouth on both sides,
when i was younger i did get fillings 3 to be precise, but them teeth seem ok, and im a regular brusher, every morning,
i know im going to have to get the chipped one fixed, vbut can a dentist diagnose the problems in my back teeth ,or would it be some kind of scan in a hospital,
im a private customer, paying myself, i have insurance but not sure what it covers,
or would this be normal for a mmale in his mid twenties to get this kind of pain in his teeth, if the truth be known, if i wasnt in so much pain todays events wouldnt have happened,

    kindest regards
    intensly in pain conor

No worried about getting dental pain at any age. I had to get a root canal at 27, and from memory, it was more painful before the canal then having my nose broken, or ankle shattered. Dental pain must be the worst - you have my sympathies. A dentist will definitely be able to help you out.

There are two types of pain, one physical, one mental.
But the one that is both is dental.

Any dentist I've gone to have their own x-ray machine for teeth, my dentist costs around 15 euro to do the whole head, a lot of the time it's covered under health insurance though. The dentist will be able to see any cracks, absesses or root problems in it, one x-ray pin-pointed out my bf's mysterious jaw pain in seconds :)
