Cycling is the quickest way. I can do it in under 10 minute but I go fast on my bike. The bus can be 20 minutes on a good day with no traffic.

46A or 145 should take 15-20 minutes from Nassau St.

46A is probably the best and quickest bus route. The 10 goes down baggot street and takes the arse ways route. Adds about 10 mins (depending on traffic) to your journey. The 46A is straight down Leeson street and stops on Nassau , Westmooreland and O'connel.
