I need to find a web developer to build a website. It's not a basic website with mostly server stuff php/sql etc. Those of you that hired someone, where did you find them? I'd be happy to take any recommendations for people you have used in the past. Thanks

I'd say post up a bit more info on what's required and you'll be given some solid advice.

I was getting massive quotes from Irish companies. I use an austrailian company now and they charge me 60% less than what the same job was here

What about service issues Grimes ? How did you write a spec up ? Are you good with the jargon or did you just show examples of what you want using other sites ?
