    Hi,
I am after replacing a hard drive in a PC for a friend cause Windows was not loading, The hard drive would go so far an then a loud click from the hard drive and PC started rebooting.
I have reinstalled Windows on a new HD and can access the original one using a hard drive enclosure.
My question is, My friend had Thesarus payroll software for accounting on the old hard drive, what folders or files do i need to copy into the new install of thesarus on the new hard drive to get all his accounts back or is it possible?

    Thanks in advance

You should have a .ZIP file called "Joe bloggs payroll backup 09" or "Company A payroll backup 09" this could be located anywhere on the Harddrive as it is upto the user where to save it to. "thes09" in Program files is the program files for it but I doubt it would be stored there. Watch out also when reinstalling the product as you will need the patch CD adding the new budget changes from the emergency budget.

They have good telephone support also if you are stuck and they are Irish based. Also when installing if you have trouble installing it try turning off the antivirus as Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 interfered when I was installing onto a machine lately also.
