Hey, looking for a bit of advice, my sister was in a accident some while ago and now has to give up smoking for the next part of surgery, is there any way i could help support her to make sure she gives up?
(Most of my family think shes already given up)
    Ty :)

I loved smoking, and thought I would never quit. However, I read Allan Carr's Easy ay to stop smoking, and am still off them six years later. Not nearly as hard as I thought it would be, had hardly any cravings, and any I did have didn't last long. If she is serious about wanting to stop this will work.
