Game similar to resident evil but more action?

I have Resident Evil lite. Not bad but I spend too much time wandering around looking for action. I'm looking for a simar game but more basic/to the point-less searching and more shooting. Any recommendation ? Maybe Doom (but that's 8euro!) or something like that. Cheer Pa

Check DEAD SPACE (Electronic Arts.) And if you like fantasy and great action &adventure look 4 The Witcher (CD Project).
