Advice needed on my Training/Diet Programme

    7.30 Breakfast

    2xscoops quick oats with milk or 2x eggs boiled with tin of heinz spaggetti hoops & sice of toast or EAS protien shake with apple.

    10.30 Snack

    1/4 of a mellon or 2x kiwi & 2x orange's or EAS meal bar(wouldnt have meal bar if i had protien shake for brekki

    1.00 Lunch

    2xslices of wholemeal bread with chicken breast tomatos lettuce or 2xslices with turkey or 2slices with ham cheese tomato. have a yogart (danone activia) aswell.

    4.00 Snack

    EAS meal replacement shake

    7.00 Dinner

    Stirfry chicken/beef with veg in amoy blackbean sauce or chicken in homemade tomato sauce(just tomatos with oinion & garlic sweated down) above served with rice or potato(small portion) i might have an ordinary dinner if the mum has it done like bacon & cabbage or a stew.

    9.30-10.00 Snack (Maybe not every night)

    2x ricecakes with bit of straberry jam


    I drink 2ltrs of water a day. id eat a hand full of nuts 4 times aweek too.

    Height 5' 7.5''
    Weight 12st 1lb
    BMI 25 (machine in booths)
    BF% 22(machine in booths) (i have a calipers and im reading 25mm when i pinch and measure my waist)
    Waist is 38'' around bellybutton

    I want to loose a stone of fat that i have on me, its all around me belly and id like to put on about half a stone of muscle then so id be about 11st 7lb in the end, and then maintain it.
    Im doing weights on monday & wednesday and cycle 8miles tues and thurs, running on track for 30mins on friday(run walk run walk ect),rest saturday and play golf sunday,same then again next week.

    Is this a good set up or do i need to adjust. any comments welcome.

    ok, can you post your current exercise regeime (weights + cardio) - how long have you been following the diet mentioned above? It looks okay TBH (but i would let the 7 pm dinner be your last meal, having a few hours without food before bed is no hard esp if your goal is fat loss)
