    hi , i m just back in ireland a few weeks, i like lifting weights, i dont need lots of fancy machines, just benches, free weights and power rack , them kind of things
    i m in tallaght at the moment living,
    what gyms around here would suit me? and do you know the prices?

    i m more looking just to do weights , i ve heard of the crossfit way befoere a mate used to do it , i do other cardio already , i m just looking to do weights , anyone anymore ideas?
