Buying laptop for business from UK

My company has agreed to pay for a laptop. I'm ordering it from the UK. The supplier will zero the vat when they receive headed paper with the VAT no of my company on it but I'll be buying it on my personal credit card and delivering it to my personal address as my company will reimburse me the expense later on, is there any chance I'll be ripped by customs for duty on it if I'm buying it zero vat?

If they will it would be easier to order from an Irish company.
