No mod said there is a problem and why would I want to pay to join a league when its free and a bit of fun.
Galway United are going a bit low if your trying to stop us playing here and running your own league for financial gain :mad::mad::mad::mad:

Lots of leagues running on boards over on the Soccer forum so couldn't see starting a Galway one been a problem...

Anyways, Im in - Jugs Wanderers

And for those ho may be interested, We have a league set up on the Soccer forum where you can't pick any players from the top 4 (Man Unt., Chelsea, Liverpool & Arsenal)

Its tough and the entry fee is €20 with half of that going to the SSF (Santa Strike force, if it goes ahead, if not, some other charity will be decided on)

I know, I'm as bad....
My 1st team which I spent ages picking turned out to have 7 players missing in GW2 so had to pick most of them all over again....Bloody head wrecking:mad:

Just gonna use my wildcard in GW3, unless my 2nd pick team turns out to be fab, which I very much doubt:)

A lot of people seem to be doing the same, I have tried to base my team around the first 3-5 games, and intend to hang onto my wildcard until a few teams are playing twice in the same GW. this worked for me last year, the year before I used the wildcard early and regretted it for the season.

Also keep in mind that you are allowed to carry over an unused transfer for one week this year, I am probably going to bring in Baines and Pineer after week 2.
