Hey everyone. I just wanted to ask, if there is any way to help me. When I have sex, it can be difficult to get an erection. Most of the time its totally fine, but when it comes to sexual intercourse, I go a bit limp. I tried relaxing and it does work sometimes, but then a new problem occurs. I cannot cum? I dont understand this. I would love to hear any advice to help me with this problem, or if there is other men with similar problems could they let me know.
    thanks..

Sounds like you got performance anxiety, go to your gp they could prescribe medication to help your erectile dysfunction, the meds will help you get and maintain stronger erections, that should get your confidence and performance up,remember nothing breeds success like success! or you could ask your doctor to refer you to a sex therapist

It is stress (as previous post said). Just have to learn to relax. Perhaps you need to stop the 1-night stands and stat to get comfortable with the person ?
