    Hey all,
    Long time lurker first time poster. I just finished a H-dip in Economics in UCC last year and am doing a Masters in Finance this year in UL. I previously did a degree in Science. I'm wondering will I be elegible to have the course paid for this year? I got the H-dip paid for last year but got 1/4 of the grant because my father was working. This year around he has no job. I'm 25 years old. I know its clearly progression but I'm unsure if circumstances have changed in regard to education grants. Thanks all,
