    Hi

My bike has 26 x 1.5 tyres. I'm looking for spare tubes.

    Which one shall I get:

    26 x 1.0 - 1.5

    or

    26 x 1.5 - 1.75?

    And why?

    thanks in advance

26" refers to the diameter of the wheel. 1.5 - 1.75 is the range of tyre widths the tube is suitable for. So either of those two tubes will do. The 1.5 tube may be lighter than the 1.75 tube if that is significant to you.
However as rubber is an elastic compound some manufacturers market and label the same tube under two different sizes. This means that you can safely use a tube with 3/4 or (0.75) inch width disparity.
