Im 6'4" and ive been using a friends set of clubs once or twice now but they are far too short. Where could i pick up a longer set of clubs for fairly cheap or second hand? I dont play much so its not worth spending a fair bit of money on clubs that i wont use very often.

If you look on ebay, there are always iron sets being sold that are to suit the taller player.
But just a word of advice. I was in Golfsmith last year in the UK, and while we were at the range testing equipment, there was a guy from Essex (6ft 3") who hit the standard length irons more consistently than the longer ones. There were 3 irons, one was std., 1/2" + and 1" plus.
We used impact tape to check the strikes on the face, and the standard length iron was the most consistent.
Most people think if you're taller, you need longer clubs, and in some instances, it can be true. If you live near a golf course which has a good pro shop, see if you can demo some irons. The better pro shops have racks with demo clubs to try. They will have various lengths in the same heads. Ask if you can try an iron standard length, 1/2" and 1" plus and take them to the range.
You can use masking tape on the face of the irons. Its not as good as impact tape, but it will still give an indication of the strike pattern on each iron.
This might give you a better idea of the length you need. Finally, some of the sellers on ebay will make the irons to suit you. If you manage to hit one of the three irons well, you would then be able to use that length as a reference and the irons could then be made to match.
I know its not a lot of money you want to spend, but at least do a little bit of trying before you buy. Best of luck.
