    Folks,

I managed to upgrade my Sky subscription via Sky Active last night. Got all the bloody channels for the next month!! Wife is loving it!!!

For the movies, is it possible to record them on the Sky+ and watch them back even when the subscription expires next month?

You should spend the next month getting as many onto DVD as you can manage

Quick question there for anyone with Sky +, can you stop people from recording stuff?
I dont want people to be clogging up the box with a load of sh**, so I was wondering whether you can make someone put in a password or something before recording something?

Dont suppose its possible to transfer to an external drive?
Or will the movie still be encrypted once the sub is cancelled?

Not sure but I imagine as soon as long as you record before the sub expires you should be ok
