Rent relief and moving house

I am availing of the rent relief tax credit but have just moved house. What happens there?

If I inform Revenue that I have moved (which I must do anyway) will I lose the tax credit and would it backdated to January?

Do I have to re-apply with my new landlord?

Or do I go onto a Week 1 / Month 1 basis on reduced tax credits?

    Thanks

    You won't have to re-apply.

Just inform the tax office of the new address/landlord's details etc.
