ww Stirfry recipe

    Hi all,

    Just wondering if anyone can help me. I want to make a stirfry for myself this evening, Chicken and I will pack it with veg, but anyone got any ideas on a sauce or something to give it a bit of taste????? Thanks

    Soy sauce is nearly point-free. The Amoy chilli one is gorgeous!

    I use lots of minced garlic, chilli, lemongrass and ginger, and any other Thai-style spices I might have in the cupboard, as well as a bit of soy. A teaspoon of honey (0.5 points) is good too.

    Blue dragon spicy tomato schezchaun sauce is nice, and only about 72 calories in a serving.
